Who we are
Gazellia Ventures LLC builds software and AI automation for small and mid-sized businesses, and operates AI Guys (ai-guys.ai). These terms cover our websites and the messaging program described below.
SMS / text message program
By submitting one of our forms and checking the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by text, call and email about your request.
- What we send: a link to book a visit or call, confirmations and reminders, and replies to questions you ask us. We do not send promotional or marketing blasts on this program.
- How often: message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Most people receive a handful of messages around scheduling a single appointment.
- Cost: we do not charge for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message and you will receive no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email chris@gazellia.com.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Services
Work we perform is described and agreed with you before it begins. Anything delivered during a free consultation or build is provided as-is, without warranty. Ongoing hosting, support and further development are separate paid services described to you before you agree to them.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for having the authority to share any business data used during our work. Do not give us credentials or data you are not permitted to share.
