Who we are
Gazellia Ventures LLC builds software and AI automation for small and mid-sized businesses. We operate AI Guys (ai-guys.ai) and other products. This policy covers information we collect through our websites and services.
What we collect
When you contact us or request a service — on our sites or through a Facebook or Instagram lead form — we collect what you submit: your name, phone number, email address, business type and details, and your description of what you want built.
How we use it
- To evaluate fit, schedule and perform work, and provide our services.
- To contact you about your request by text, email, or phone.
- To send service documents, such as an agreement, for electronic signature.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers we use to operate our business, such as cloud hosting, e-signature, scheduling and messaging providers, or where required by law.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box on our form, we may text you about your request — to send a booking link, confirm a time, or answer a question. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories listed in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Analytics & advertising
Our sites may use analytics and advertising tools, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand how visitors use our pages and to measure advertising. These tools may set cookies or collect device information. You can limit ad tracking through your browser and through Meta's ad preferences.
Your choices
- Ask us anytime what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of messages by replying STOP to texts or using the unsubscribe link in emails.
Retention & security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations, and we protect it with access-controlled cloud infrastructure.
